A 3-month technical residency in Renens for startups building ambitious hardware, AI, robotics, biotech, and deep‑tech products — no equity involved!
You have a serious technical idea. Maybe the future company of your dreams. But reaching MVP stage quickly enough to secure funding or market traction is difficult when you are trying to build complex products from a temporary lab setup, a shared office, or your kitchen table.
The static-factory Residency Program gives selected startup teams 3 focused months inside a real production-ready environment in Renens, with access to mechanical prototyping, electronics, compute infrastructure, local AI systems, workspace, and technical support under one roof.
This residency is built for teams that are ready to execute seriously: build faster, validate ideas earlier, and leave with concrete technical progress instead of unfinished concepts.
Everything technical is already here. The goal is simple: arrive, build, iterate, and leave with concrete progress — we don’t want your equity.

We do not want equity, ownership, or industrial secrets from resident companies. The goal is simply to make proper use of the facilities, support serious technical entrepreneurship, and provide other teams with the kind of environment we would have wanted when starting ourselves. Building an independent technical company is already challenging enough.
Review the facilities, get in touch with your questions, or apply directly when your team is ready.
